Each team will have 6 games.  There will be no lunch break and some food will be provided, suggestions for food are more than welcome.
Possible food:
Pickles

Bagels
Yum Butters Peanut Butter
Bananas
Apples
Oranges
I will add more based off of suggestion and choose whichever are most popular

Charity:
This event will donate to the Alzheimer's Association.
My family has participated in their Memory Walk for numerous years and this year it will be happening on the same date as the tournament.  It seems like a good idea to expand their charity event by including the goodwill of the frisbee community.

Saturday Game Times:
8:30 - Game 1
10:00 - Game 2
11:20 - Game 3
12:40 - Game 4
2:00 - Game 5
3:20 - Game 6

Suggested idea:
Saturday will be the traditional tournament with formed teams, but Sunday we would have an optional mini-hat tournament.  Players that played and paid on Saturday would play for free, but any other player that wanted to play would pay $5 to have their name thrown in the hat.  We will be assessing interest from captains before making a decision about it.

Sunday Hat Times:
Players wishing to participate must be there by 9am
with $5 cash (do not expect me to have change) if they did not play the previous day.  Teams will be formed by 9:30 and games will start at 10am.  Players from the previous day only need to bring their tickets from the day before to put their name in the hat.
Game 1 - 10:00
Game 2 - 11:30
Game 3 - 1:00
Possible finals game between the two top teams (if there is enough for two pools) at 2:30.
Hat players need to bring a White and a Dark (no grey)
