Gear:
VC Ultimate will be doing gear sales at our event. (more detailed information to follow)
Teams can place an order with VC to have their jerseys delivered at Wisconsin Swiss and will receive a 10% discount on that order. They will also be providing vouchers for the Swiss Bracket top three winners of $250 for 1st place, $125 for 2nd place, and $75 for 3rd place.
VC Ultimate is proud to be a sponsor of Wisconsin Swiss and a supporter of Midwest Ultimate. We look forward to being on site at Wisconsin Swiss with event merchandise, and we are also very happy to announce some outstanding deals for teams attending the tournament. Please visit us at http://wwww.vcultimate.com or email info@vcultimate.com for a no-obligation quote. We look forward to seeing all of you at the event!

Reddan Soccer Complex:
6874 Cross Country Rd, Verona, Wi
Here are the site rules for Reddan that everybody is expected to follow.
The top rules are no dogs allowed at the park, no glass, no grills, and pickup after yourselves. There will be plenty of trash cans around which will be emptied throughout the day.
Our alcohol policy is that we don't want to see it. Reddan is a national level complex that wishes to keep it's reputation high and we do not want to advertise for alcohol in our tournament photos. We will be asking those drinking out of exposed cans to empty and dispose of them and those with cases in the open to return them to their cars, so plan accordingly.

Hotel:
Hotels are confirmed and we have links for easy registration. All hotels are $79 dollars a night and are top hotels for the region. If you stayed in them last year, you know that they are much better than the typical frisbee hotel. Along with that, they are offering to host team dinners for those that wish to plan in advance, will be running a shuttle between these hotels and the party, and offer the typical breakfasts saving you a trip in the mornings.
You can follow any of these three links to directly book your hotel:
Courtyard Madison West/Middleton >>
Residence Inn Madison West/Middleton >>
Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison West/Middleton >>

Tournament Party:
Party details have been finalized and will be at Keva Sports Center in Middleton (locations are on the Wisconsin Swiss map). We will be sponsored by Captial Brewery and have a number of half barrels (15-20) with open taps from 8pm until Midnight. Those under 21 will be allowed into the party, but will get a separate wristband to make sure they don't consume alcohol. New Features: This facility will allow us to feature the largest wickets game in the world! We will have courts setup in the sand volleyball pit, always with the prerequisite dance floor, and are exploring the option of a showcase game at the party either on their indoor or outdoor field!

Swiss Tournament Format:
This tournament consists of Swiss style scheduling followed by bracket play. This swiss style format generates matchups between teams that have the same record up to that point, and should lead to some exciting and meaningful games. On top of this unique format, we be using mobile score reporting system with all score reporting done using smart phones. Updates to the schedule will be sent to teams this way too. We will be using Leaguevine Mobile for this, and to get started you can visit m.leaguevine.com in your smartphone browser to create a free account.

Fields:
Fields 1-8 will have a bench for each team and all fields will be spaced a minimum of 10 yards from each other. There is a porta potty and water refill station near each grouping of fields, and the main pavilion has hose taps on the north side and bathrooms behind it.

Food/water:
Tournament food will be provided for players (Bagels and fruit), but we will not have food for sale at the fields, so plan accordingly. There are two grocery stores, two walgreens, and a sub shop close to the fields. To emphasize an earlier point, No grills are allowed at the fields, these are great fields that we do not want to damage. Each team will receive a case of water, and we suggest that teams bring a cooler to ice it down with. We will have ice at the fields to top off, but not enough to fill every cooler necessary. We will have a golf cart traveling from field to field doing beverage sales.
